W Dental - Twickenham

Abacus supplied and installed the IT and CCTV systems for Dr. Alay Zaidi.

As a new build, we worked closely with the builders to plan and provision the correct cabling and Networking equipment to ensure a future-proof and reliable system for years to come.

Networking from Ubiquiti Unifi provides real-time diagnosis and monitoring controlling the Network, WIFI with separate Patient access, and CCTV – All instantly accessible by the practice via desktop or smartphone app.

Server is from HP Enterprise and slots along with the networking kit into the Data Cabinet keeping everything in one place and accessible without affecting the practice operation 

Synergy Dental Centres - Pyrford

A long standing client, Synergy entrusted us to deliver the IT, Telephone, and Wifi systems for their new build practice.

We worked with them at every stage of development to plan and implement this state-of-the-art practice.

Networking and WIFI from Ubiquiti Unifi, HP Enterprise Server, with all computers specified and provided based on the needs of each surgery (Hygienist/General/Implant). The reception PCs are All-In-One HP EliteOne units removing under desk clutter and cables, and a Kyocera AiO Printer provides reliable printing and scanning.

LG Digital Signage was provided for waiting areas, and each surgery has an LG Smart TV linked to the PC.

We were also tasked with completing the setup of the  Dentsply Sirona SL3D CBCT X-Ray and installing the Sidexis imaging software with SiCat Implant planning on the server and Computers integrating the software with the Dentsply Sirona treatment centres for IO camera and monitors for up to 3 displays running simultaneously 

Abacus performed Critical tests on the CBCT and IO X-Rays and provided the practice with our bound certificates.

 

Hub Dental - Peterborough

For another of our long-standing clients who are building a new practice in Peterborough.

Abacus has supplied all X-Ray equipment including a Dentsply Sirona Orthophos SL 3D CBCT, 8 Dentsply Sirona Heliodent IO X-Ray units, 2 x Durr VistaScan View IO Scanners, and has been responsible for the network planning and provision.

Detailed installation requirements were supplied to the builders and we are in regular contact with them for updates.

Infrastructure is with Ubiquiti Unifi networking including WIFI, and separate network switches for Data and PoE devices such as WiFi and Telephony.

2 HP Enterprise servers running Hyper-V virtualisation with failover cluster to ensure that if a problem occurs, the other server takes over with no downtime.

All supported by an APC battery backup unit in the event of power failure.
